I was COMPLETELY shocked by how much i liked the grips.
In fact i haven’t used my gloves since my purchase.
Im VERY IMPRESSED.
The thin ones are perfect for the smith machine, triceps ext, & pull-ups.
Then the thick ones for dead-lifts, curls, lat-pulls, & seated rows.
I would definitely order another pair and i have already recommended these to
a couple of people at the gym.
* Not to many though, i want to have the upper hand. LoL
