I have been weight training for many years and I have always used weight training gloves and I have had no problems using them but then some one who I help with training told me his hands were getting beat up when he was handling heavy weights but he did not like weight lifting gloves. I happened to be on Amazon and I bumped into Grip Power Pads (Foam Grip) and I told him about it but then I decided to purchase a pair for my self to test them out before I recommended them and I am glad I did get a pair for my self. The first day I used them on my chest and bicep workout I could not believe how hard I was able to squeeze the bar without feeling it digging into my hands and I was able to get anywhere from 1 to 3 extra reps on all my lifts which was amazing. With weightlifting gloves I would not be able to do this because even with gloves you can still feel the bar digging into your hands. I recommend these Foam Grip Pads to anyone who doesn’t like wearing gloves or to trainers who like gloves like me give these pads a try and I am sure you won’t be using gloves anymore like me. I will be recommending these Grip Power Pads to everyone I help with training and they are well worth the price.
