I bought both the soft and foam pads. I’ll start off with the foam pads. I hardly ever use these ones, i find their a little too short for me. They didn’t fit around a lot of the barbells and handles at my gym. I would recommend these to someone who is looking to increase grip strength. The soft pads however I use almost every time at the gym. I dont like to use anything on a lot of my lifts but when im heavy lifting my grip fails before i can finish my set and the soft pads allow me to finish my set.
If are a regular lifter like I am i would recommend you getting a couple pairs of the soft, stiff ones if you are looking to help finish your sets. If you would like to increase grip strength i would recommend you getting the foam ones.
